Joining a team with over 20 years experience in the plastics industry (IPC – Innovative PVC Compounds), we identified a relatively untapped market opportunity for an alternative plastics material in roto compounding. I was appointed as company Director of their new division ARC – Africa Roto Compounds. Within two years we had established a good footing in the local & international market with a reputable product standard whilst navigating through the Covid-19 protocols and subsequent economic challenges.
